Spices for every taste
Spices at the heart of recipes for every taste:
- Cinnamon in"Je l'appelle Cannelle": an intense encounter between full-bodied black tea, genuine Ceylon cinnamon and cinnamon leaves, resulting in a liqueur with warm, sweet flavors;
- Piment d'Espelette in"Summer Vibration": a must for lovers of spices and sensations;
- Ginger in"Rêve éveillé de Gaïa": a blend of sweetness and harmony typical of white tea, caressing the palate before the subtle, energizing aromas of ginger blossom, magnified by vanilla.

These original, high-quality spices are also available under our Terra Madre brand of organic and biodynamic spices.
Masala Chaï, an ancestral Indian recipe
Masala chai is an Ayurvedic recipe that originated in India.
It is made from black tea and a traditional Indian Ayurvedic blend of five carefully selected spices: cinnamon, ginger, cloves, black pepper and cardamom. Recipes may vary from region to region, but are generally built around this base.
In India, this marriage of tea and spices is traditionally accompanied by milk and sugar. For those with a sweet tooth, this "chai latte" can be accompanied by maple syrup and/or vanilla.
At Les Jardins de Gaïa, we offer a range of Chaï teas:
- TraditionalTchaï masala
- Green Tchaï: a revisited version of the famous Indian drink that will surprise you with its combination of spices and the fresh, fruity notes of a Ceylon green tea.
