Ingredients for the golden milk :

- 1 dash agave syrup or honey (optional and to taste)
To make the gold paste :
- In a small saucepan over low heat, dissolve the turmeric and spices in the water and coconut oil. Mix well, without boiling, until you obtain a paste. Set aside in the fridge.
- To make the golden milk :
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk and mix with 1 teaspoon of gold paste. Heat for 2 minutes over low heat.
- Tip: for even more indulgence, froth the milk with a milk frother or stirrer to create a nice, creamy froth before heating.

A tasty infusion full of spices and caffeine (theine)-free to brighten up everyday life
Turmeric, with its golden yellow color, is the star spice of this recipe! Sometimes called "turmeric", turmeric is a rhizome, a cousin of ginger, dried and ground into powder. Its richness in beta-carotenes, vitamins and, above all, curcumin (and its derivatives) gives it many properties, including the ability to aid digestion and stimulate the appetite.
To reap these benefits, turmeric should be combined with black pepper (which potentiates the absorption of turmeric) and a fatty substance (turmeric is not water-soluble); in this case, coconut oil and vegetable milk. Adding the other spices will boost your blend and give it exquisite aromas.
Terra Madre spices (Les Jardins de Gaïa's spice brand), organically grown, will deliver all their fragrance and benefits.
