Payment by credit card

You have chosen to pay by credit card. Enter your credit card number (all sixteen digits), its expiration date at the time of your order, and its security code (the last three digits on the back of your card/next to the signature).

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order is confirmed by email.

What happens to my bank details?

Your bank details are not held by Les Jardins de Gaïa but by a payment service provider. Your data is therefore protected with optimum security thanks to a secure line where data is encrypted.

Payment by PayPal

What is PayPal?

It is a secure payment method that allows you to pay by credit card without giving the merchant your card number. You do not need to have a personal PayPal account to make a payment. PayPal's Terms and Conditions of Sale will then apply.

Payment by check

You have chosen to pay by check (a payment method accepted for orders placed in France by French citizens). Please send your check made payable to "Les Jardins de Gaïa" to the following address:

Payment by bank transfer

You can make a bank transfer, indicating the name on the purchase order, the amount, and the order number in the description.

Delivery

Delivery by Colissimo

Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided by the buyer when placing the order.

Orders are delivered within 7 business days of receipt of the order and acceptance of payment. Shipments are made by La Poste using Colissimo tracked delivery, and distributed with or without signature.

The delivery information provided is for information purposes only. Certain events beyond the control of Les Jardins de Gaïa may affect delivery times.

The average delivery time for La Poste (Colissimo) is 48 hours (business days) for mainland France, from the date of departure from our warehouse. Delivery times may be modified during the summer and the holiday season.

Metropolitan France

Delivery in mainland France (including Corsica and the Principalities of Monaco and Andorra)

For all orders to be delivered in mainland France (home delivery without signature) and for an amount less than €50 including tax, shipping costs are €10 including tax.

For all orders to be delivered in mainland France (home delivery with signature) and for an amount less than €50 including tax, shipping costs are €10 including tax.

For all orders to be delivered in mainland France (pickup point: Pickup relay, Pickup Station or Post Office) and for an amount less than €50 including tax, shipping costs are €6 including tax.

For all orders of €50 or more including tax, shipping is free.

Europe (including Switzerland)

Following Brexit, shipments to the United Kingdom are temporarily suspended. We are doing everything we can to resume these deliveries as soon as possible. For more information, please contact our Customer Service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

For orders shipped to Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain (excluding specific territories - Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), and Italy, shipping is free for all purchases of €100 or more, including tax.

For other European countries, delivery will be charged at the actual cost of shipping according to the postal rates in effect on the day the order is placed. Shipping costs are calculated automatically, once the delivery address has been confirmed, based on the order amount.

Any customs duties payable are the responsibility of the buyer.

Rest of the world

For French overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM) and all other countries worldwide, delivery will be charged at the actual cost of shipping* according to the postal rates in effect on the day the order is placed. Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon confirmation of the delivery address, based on the weight of the order.

For all orders outside the European Union, any customs duties payable are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Includes the €5.00 (excluding tax) surcharge applied to parcels sent to the United States following a new goods processing and control process implemented by the US government. Includes the €6.00 (excluding tax) surcharge for China due to the sharp increase in air transport costs.

Delivery with DPD France

Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided by the buyer when placing the order.

Predict home delivery by DPD France

For all orders to be delivered in mainland France and Corsica, you can opt for the Predict service from our partner DPD. This service allows for fast delivery to your home within 24/48 hours, within a time slot communicated by text message and email, allowing you to be informed of your delivery.

We will notify you by email of the date your order is shipped, which is the date we hand it over to our logistics partner DPD. DPD will send you a text message and an email indicating the scheduled delivery date, the delivery time slot, and your personal code to ensure secure delivery. You can change your delivery choice the day before until midnight or in case of absence.

Delivery in mainland France

For all orders under €50 including tax, shipping costs are €10 including tax; for all orders of €50 or more including tax, shipping is free (excluding Corsica, islands, remote areas, and mountainous areas).

Delivery to Corsica and the islands

For all orders to be delivered to Corsica and the islands, a supplement of €19.94 is added to the shipping costs.

For orders under €50, shipping costs are €29.94; for orders of €50 or more, shipping costs are €19.94.

Delivery to difficult and mountainous areas

For all orders to be delivered to difficult and mountainous areas, a €5.87 surcharge is added to the shipping costs.

For orders under €50, shipping costs are €15.87; for orders of €50 or more, shipping costs are €5.87.

DPD Pickup delivery

For all orders to be delivered in mainland France and Corsica, you can choose 24/48-hour delivery to a DPD Pickup point from a network of over 8,500 local stores available throughout France.

We will notify you by email of the date your order is shipped, which is the date we hand it over to our logistics partner DPD.

As soon as your package is delivered to the Pickup point of your choice, you will automatically be notified by email or text message of its availability by DPD. If you are unable to collect it on the same day, don't worry, your parcel will remain available for up to 9 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to Les Jardins de Gaïa and can only be re-sent to the buyer upon payment of new shipping costs, even if the order amount is greater than or equal to €50.

Delivery in mainland France

For all orders under €50 including tax, shipping costs are €7 including tax; for all orders of €50 or more including tax, shipping is free for the buyer (excluding Corsica, islands, difficult areas, and mountainous areas).

Delivery to Corsica and the islands

For all orders to be delivered to Corsica and the islands, a supplement of €19.94 is added to the shipping costs.

For orders under €50, shipping costs are €26.94; for orders of €50 or more, shipping costs are €19.94.

Delivery to difficult and mountainous areas

For all orders to be delivered to difficult and mountainous areas, a surcharge of €5.87 is added to the shipping costs.

For orders under €50, shipping costs are €12.87; for orders of €50 or more, shipping costs are €5.87.

Click & Collect

Order online and pick up in store!

We have set up a Click & Collect solution on our website, which allows you to pick up your purchases at our store in Wittisheim.

You can order and pay contactless by credit card on our online store, and pick up your order in store.

Your order will be available at the store in Wittisheim from Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
