Payment by credit card

You have chosen to pay by credit card. Enter your credit card number (sixteen digits), its validity date at the time of your order, and its cryptogram (the last three digits on the back of your card/next to the signature).

When is my card debited?

Your card is debited when your order is confirmed by e-mail.

What happens to my bank details?

Your bank details are not held by Les Jardins de Gaïa but by a payment service provider. Your data is therefore protected with the highest level of security, thanks to a secure line where data is encrypted.

Payment by PayPal

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a secure payment method that allows you to pay by credit card without giving your card number to the merchant. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment. PayPal's General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply.

Payment by cheque

You have chosen to pay by cheque (accepted for orders placed in France by French citizens). Send us your cheque made payable to "Les Jardins de Gaïa" to the following address:

Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as we receive your payment. Your items will be reserved for a period of 5 working days. After this period, and without confirmation of payment on your part, your order will be cancelled.

Payment by bank transfer

You can make a bank transfer, indicating the name on the purchase order, the amount and the order number.

Delivery

Delivery by Colissimo

Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser at the time of ordering.

Orders are delivered within 7 working days of receipt of order and acceptance of payment. Shipments are made by La Poste in Colissimo with tracking, and are delivered with or without a signature.

Delivery information is given as an indication only. Certain events beyond the control of Les Jardins de Gaïa may affect delivery times.

The average delivery time of La Poste (Colissimo) is 48 hours (working days) for Metropolitan France, from the date of departure from our warehouse. Delivery times may be subject to change during the summer and holiday seasons.

Metropolitan France

Delivery in mainland France (including Corsica, Monaco and Andorra)

For all orders to be delivered in mainland France (Domicile without signature) and costing less than €50 inc. tax, the delivery charge is €7.50 inc. tax.

For all orders to be delivered in mainland France (Domicile with signature) and amounting to less than €50 including VAT, the delivery charge is €8.50 including VAT.

For all orders to be delivered in mainland France (Pick-up point: relais Pickup, consigne Pickup Station or Bureau de Poste) and amounting to less than €50 including VAT, the delivery charge is €7.50 including VAT.

For orders of €50 or more, shipping is free.

Europe (including Switzerland)

Following the Brexit, shipments to the UK are temporarily suspended. We are making every effort to resume deliveries as soon as possible. For more information, please contact our Customer Service department. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

For the European countries listed below, delivery will be invoiced at the actual cost of shipment according to the postal rates in force on the day the order is placed. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically, upon validation of the delivery address, according to the amount of the order.

Any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Rest of the world

For DROM-COM and any other country in the world, delivery will be invoiced at the actual cost of shipment* according to the postal rates in force on the day the order is placed. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically, upon validation of the delivery address, according to the weight of the order.

For orders outside the European Union, any customs duties to be paid are the responsibility of the purchaser.

* Includes a surcharge of €1.50 (excl. VAT) applied to all Overseas parcels, following the increase in post-Covid air freight costs (excluding Eco OM) from January 1, 2024. Includes a surcharge of €5.00 excl. tax applied to parcels bound for the United States, following a new process for the treatment and control of goods implemented by the US government.

Includes €6.00 ex-VAT surcharge for China due to the sharp rise in air freight costs.

Delivery with DPD France

Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the buyer when placing the order.

Predict home delivery by DPD France

For orders to be delivered in mainland France and Corsica, you can opt for the Predict service from our partner DPD. This service enables rapid delivery to your home within 24/48 hours, within a time slot communicated by SMS and email, so that you are kept informed of your delivery.

We inform you by email when your order has been dispatched, and then hand it over to our logistics partner DPD. DPD will then send you an SMS and an email indicating the expected delivery date, the delivery time slot and your personal code to ensure secure delivery. You can change your delivery choice up to midnight the previous day, or if you are absent.

Delivery in mainland France

For orders of less than €50 inc. VAT, shipping costs are €8.50 inc. VAT; for orders of €50 or more inc. VAT, shipping costs are free (excluding Corsica, islands, difficult and mountainous areas).

Delivery to Corsica and islands

For all orders to be delivered to Corsica and the islands, a surcharge of €18.96 incl. VAT is added to the delivery charge.

For orders under €50 inc. VAT, shipping costs are €27.46 inc. VAT; for orders of €50 or more inc. VAT, shipping costs are €18.96 inc. VAT.

Delivery to difficult and mountainous areas

For all orders to be delivered to difficult and mountainous areas, a surcharge of 5.58 € (incl. VAT) is added to the delivery charge.

For orders of less than €50 inc. VAT, shipping costs are €14.08 inc. VAT; for orders of €50 or more inc. VAT, shipping costs are €5.58 inc. VAT.

DPD Pickup delivery

For all orders to be delivered in mainland France and Corsica, you can choose 24/48h delivery in a Pickup relay by DPD from a network of over 8500 local shops available throughout France.

We inform you by email when your order has been dispatched, and hand it over to our logistics partner DPD.

As soon as your parcel is delivered to the Pickup point of your choice, DPD will automatically notify you by email or SMS of its availability. If you can't pick it up the same day, don't worry, your parcel will remain available for up to 9 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to Les Jardins de Gaïa and can only be sent back to the purchaser on payment of a new delivery charge, even if the amount of the order is greater than or equal to €50.

Delivery in metropolitan France

For all orders under €50 inc. VAT, shipping costs are €7.50 inc. VAT; for all orders of €50 or more inc. VAT, shipping costs are free for the buyer (excluding Corsica, islands, difficult and mountainous areas).

Delivery to Corsica and islands

For all orders to be delivered to Corsica and the islands, a surcharge of €18.96 incl. VAT is added to the delivery charge.

For orders under €50 inc. VAT, shipping costs are €26.46 inc. VAT; for orders of €50 or more inc. VAT, shipping costs are €18.96 inc. VAT.

Delivery to difficult and mountainous areas

For all orders to be delivered to difficult and mountainous areas, a surcharge of 5.58 € (incl. VAT) is added to the delivery charge.

For orders under €50 inc. VAT, shipping costs are €13.08 inc. VAT; for orders of €50 or more inc. VAT, shipping costs are €5.58 inc. VAT.

Click & Collect

Order online and collect in store!

We've set up a Click & Collect solution on our website, enabling you to collect your purchases from our store in Wittisheim.

You can order and pay contactless by credit card on our online store, and collect your order in store.

Your order will be available in our Wittisheim store from Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 6pm.
