Spices at the heart of Christmas traditions

Christmas in Alsace is a sacred time of year, and its unique, fairytale atmosphere is a major inspiration for our Christmas tea recipes.

The spices we use in our recipes, such as star anise, cinnamon, cocoa beans..., are also at the heart of the famous bredele (Alsatian cakes) or mulled wine that perfume Alsatian Christmas markets.

Our organic teas, rooibos and herbal teas are made and packaged in Alsace with natural organic flavors. Fruits, spices and essential oils are carefully chosen to complement the taste of the tea, which we like to garnish with flower petals and dried fruit.
