Committing to job creation is a key element in our approach

For over 30 years, Les Jardins de Gaïa has acquired a unique local artisanal know-how. From leaf to cup, the brand carries out the entire assembly, flavouring and packaging process from its workshop in Alsace. The company has chosen to mechanize its production to a limited extent in order to guarantee a high level of quality. So, with the support of 2 neighboring ESATs, the processing and packaging stages are carefully carried out by hand.

Les Jardins de Gaïa employs an average of 80 people, including 67 on permanent contracts, and 20 ESAT employees.

Supporting young people through apprenticeships

We support young people through training and employment. Throughout the year, we are committed to recruiting young apprentices and welcome a number of interns for work placements of varying lengths on our premises.
