Please note that it is also possible for you to post opinions about the products we sell or about the Les Jardins de Gaïa brand. Only a pseudonym is required. However, you may decide to transmit your personal data if you wish.

• Publication of online reviews: surname, first name or pseudonym chosen by you
• Newsletter subscription: e-mail address
• Bank details for credit card payments (not stored)
• Customer service contact forms: surname, first name, email address, telephone number
• Website browsing (see Article 4 COOKIES)

This data is collected in order to keep you informed of our latest products, to ensure the smooth processing of your order, to deliver the products ordered, to carry out payment transactions and to communicate with you about your orders.

Information marked with an asterisk is required to process your order. Other information is optional.

2.2 Commercial offers

If you have subscribed to the newsletter, Les Jardins de Gaïa will send you its commercial offers by email. Each time we send you an email, you can unsubscribe by simply clicking on the unsubscribe button.

By providing us with your telephone number, you agree to be contacted (by call or SMS) for any need relating to your order or for one-off commercial offers.

Information is collected by Les Jardins de Gaïa, the company responsible for data processing.

3. Payment security

Les Jardins de Gaïa has opted for the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process, the current standard for data encryption on the Internet. As a result, the banking information you provide is encrypted on your own computer and does not circulate unencrypted on the Internet.

Your credit card number is then entered on a secure page hosted by the bank and is not known to Les Jardins de Gaïa.

To ensure payment security, Les Jardins de Gaïa uses the services of PCI-DSS-certified service providers, which ensures absolute confidentiality of the information we hold.
