Flavoring fruit teas
To create our fruity tea recipes, the choice of ingredients is essential, which is why we use only the very best: natural organic flavors, fruits, spices and organic flowers selected for their origin and their organoleptic and visual quality.
We also make sure that the taste of the tea is always present, and that every element of the recipe contributes to enhancing it, because a fruity tea is first and foremost a tea.
From recipe to finished product, we do everything from A to Z, and this is one of our core values.
Once the raw materials have been received, our teas are flavored on our premises in Alsace, and all the ingredients of the recipe are incorporated in a carefully controlled internal process.
All these stages are carried out by hand, as is packaging in tubes or bags. This manual work ensures that our products are produced with the utmost care, while at the same time contributing to the local economy. It's also a more human and qualitative approach to the plants picked with respect by our partners around the world.
Delicious red fruit teas
Red fruit teas, with their delicious tart notes, are among the most popular. These are usually paired with black tea, whose tannins can be the basis of delicious pairings. To make these teas more appealing and gourmet, we also like to incorporate real pieces of fruit and flower petals.
Discover our expertise in these recipes:
- Baiser gourmand : with natural raspberry and strawberry flavours
- Retour de cueillette : a bewitching tea with natural cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant aromas.
But there's more to life than berries: other fruits, either in pieces or as natural flavors, go wonderfully well with tea, such as peach, lychee, apricot and mango. Fruits that are a delightful addition to many of our recipes...
Fruity teas for all seasons
On cool, rainy days, fruit teas offer a healthy dose of comfort with their bright, sunny flavours.
During the summer months, fruit teas also shine in iced infusions, offering a quick, healthy and tasty drink.
There are three ways to prepare them:
- Cold infusion: tea infused in cold water
- Minute infusion: tea infused in hot water, then decanted into a jug full of ice cubes
- Koridashi: the Japanese method of brewing tea directly on ice cubes
