Tea and food pairings
This fresh, fruity tea goes wonderfully well, preferably cold, with peach or mango desserts or cut fruit topped with whipped cream. The contrast is also very pleasant with a simple rice pudding or Gulab Jamun, a traditional Indian dessert made with semolina, rose, cardomom and honey.
