The raspberry and vanilla scents of this subtly woody wulong will add original color to the aromatic palettes of the great pastry classics: millefeuille, éclair, cream puff, religieuse, Paris-Brest and Saint-Honoré. It also goes well with many types of chocolate or fruit desserts, and can be chosen without hesitation to accompany an assortment of mignardises.
