Tea and food pairings
The luscious blackberry and vanilla fragrance of this very mild black tea is perfect with raspberry or strawberry tart, or a spiced cake (preferably with pepper or cardamom).
It can also accompany a creamy, mascarpone- or chantilly-based dessert, such as a Tropézienne.
