- Sprinkle Rub over fish
- Rub dry with hand over entire surface
- Cook on the BBQ
Options: If you don't have a barbecue, or if you prefer a different cooking method, prepare your fish, shellfish or seafood in the oven, a la plancha or in a frying pan. Rub will also work well with these cooking methods!
