Spicy Texas! Give your barbecued meats and vegetables a spicy boost with a dry application of rub (an American-style blend of spices and herbs)! The addition of sugar and salt will give your brochettes a light caramelization and make them juicy and fragrant.

All the pepper families are combined in this blend (paprika, PDO Espelette pepper, hot pepper, Malabar pepper). An oriental touch with the trio of cumin, nutmeg and clove, a sunny fragrance with genuine herbes de Provence... You'll be inviting this typically American blend to your table!

Rub: how does it work?

  • Sprinkle Rub over fish
  • Rub dry with hand over entire surface
  • Cook on the BBQ

Options: If you don't have a barbecue, or if you prefer a different cooking method, prepare your fish, shellfish or seafood in the oven, a la plancha or in a frying pan. Rub will also work well with these cooking methods!
