Lamb wrap with rub spices & oriental salad recipe
For all nomadic meals, the wrap continues to surprise us - anything goes! In this recipe, it's topped with lamb marinated in Incredible Lamb barbecue spices, an oriental salad and a herbed cream... Oriental ambience guaranteed with the aniseed freshness of fennel and star anise, the slightly lemony power of cardamom and ginger, and the warmth of the trio of cinnamon, nutmeg and cumin! Are you ready to go?

Lamb wrap with rub spices & oriental salad, the original recipe for freshness and flavour
Ingredients for 4 people :
- 1 leg of lamb (1 kg)
- 20 cl olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Incredible lamb barbecue spices
- 4 to 8 wheat patties, depending on size (fajita or wrap type)
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 g pitted black olives
- ½ cucumber, cubed
Ingredients for the chive cream :
- 1 small jar fromage frais
- 1 small jar heavy cream
- Finely chopped chives
- Olive oil
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- Salt and pepper
To make this recipe:
- Thinly slice the leg of lamb and toss with olive oil and Incredible lamb barbecue rubs. Marinate for 2 hours in a cool place.
- Cook the brochettes for approx. 1h30 at 180°C maximum (slow cooking).
- While they're cooking, dice the tomatoes, feta and cucumber.
- Prepare the chive cream by carefully mixing all the ingredients.
- Draw a line of crème de ciboulette on the wheat cake.
- Place the lamb strips, salad and black olives on top and close.
Tip: You can marinate and cook the whole leg of lamb, then slice it after cooking. Instead of a wheat patty, you can use a pita, a yufka, or even half a round loaf of bread for those with a sweet tooth, just like a real kebab!
