Organic farming
We have always offered organically grown teas and herbal teas, and used natural, organic flavours. We go even further, demanding that our suppliers use certified organic flavor carriers and solvents. Certified since 1994.
Fair trade
A WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization) certified member, Les Jardins de Gaïa has been committed to fair trade since its creation: from the tea leaf to the cup, all our practices meet fair trade requirements. To find out more: www.wfto.com.
Did you know?
This rooibos retains the color of the fresh leaves, as it has not undergone the oxidation process. It is simply dried after harvesting.
The shimmering green twigs and chopped leaves give the liqueur exceptional freshness and luminosity.
Tea and cheese pairings
For those sensitive to the effects of tea, this rooibos is a good "caffeine-free" alternative to tea and food pairings. For example, it can be served hot with ewe's milk tomme, or cold with fresh goat's cheese. It would also be an excellent match for a mango mousse.
