Longdan zhuni teapot

Yixing "longdan" handmade Chinese teapot - red (red clay - zhuni) - approx. 25 cl (250 ml). Delivered in a luxurious fabric pouch inside a padded box with clasp.

Crafted entirely by hand from "zhuni - 朱泥" red clay, this "longdan -龙蛋" teapot adopts the highly prized dragon's egg shape.

It has the ability to rise rapidly in temperature, which is ideal for teas that need to infuse at high temperatures (wu long teas, dark teas including pu'er, black teas).

Types of tea that can be brewed with this model :

Red zhuni clay, highly sought-after due to its rarity, is renowned for its fine grain and high hardness due to a strong reduction during firing, which results in particularly thin walls. This type of teapot is particularly recommended for delicate wu long teas, for which it can reproduce every nuance.

The large capacity of this teapot means that it can be used to brew a gong fu cha for several people.
