Based on an original Alsatian recipe, this tasty blend of spices matches perfectly with mulled wine, cider, fruit juices or herbal teas. Comforting and richly flavoured, it's reminiscent of Christmas markets and has the power to warm even the coldest of hearts.

Recipe for hot apple juice with spices
Serves 4
- Add 1 heaped tablespoon of mulled wine spices to 1 liter of organic apple juice.
- Heat over low heat without boiling and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain and sweeten with a dash of honey if required.
- Enjoy piping hot!
Of course, this recipe can also be made into mulled wine, with or without alcohol!
