Tips for preparing rooibos

A rooibos recipe dedicated to Nelson Mandela
Straight from South Africa, this fruity rooibos, with flavours of mango and peach, enhanced by zesty notes, will take you on a journey through history. Asimbonanga, "We haven't seen him" in Zulu, is a nod to the famous song written by Johnny Clegg in tribute to Nelson Mandela.

Organic farming
We have always offered organically grown teas and herbal teas, and used natural, organic flavours. We go even further, demanding that our suppliers use certified organic flavor carriers and solvents. Certified since 1994.
Fair trade
A WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization) certified member, Les Jardins de Gaïa has been committed to fair trade since its creation: from the tea leaf to the cup, all our practices meet fair trade requirements. To find out more: www.wfto.com.
Flavoured Rooibos
For Les Jardins de Gaïa, the addition of natural flavors is not intended to cover up the flavors of tea or plants, but rather to give them new subtleties, to bring out their organoleptic richness. Our recipes are the fruit of daily inspiration, guided by our curiosity, our passion for our craft and our desire to help you discover new flavors.

Tea and food pairings
This rooibos will delight young and old alike for a fruity snack with tangy accents. It goes well with a wide range of desserts, from lemon meringue pie to cheesecakes and chocolate, passion fruit or coconut desserts.
Pair it with savory dishes, such as chicken with preserved lemons or ginger-marinated pork tenderloin, and you've got a match made in heaven.
