This white porcelain gaiwan stamped Les Jardins de Gaïa was made in Jingdezhen*.
Its capacity is ideal for preparing tea for one or more people. Its lid allows you to stir the tea leaves as they infuse, to capture and smell their most subtle fragrances, and to keep the liquor at the right temperature.
*The cradle of porcelain and a world center for ceramics since the Tang dynasty (618-907), the city of Jingdezhen in Jiangsu province is the birthplace of Chinese porcelain manufacturing techniques. Its potters are internationally renowned for the excellence of their work.

Très joli, très pur ! Par contre petite contenance mais ça permet de mettre moins de thé et d'en refaire plusieurs dans la journée.
