Japanese green tea Houjicha Kabusé is grown in the shade (Kabusecha). Harvested in May from roasted leaves and fine stems, its liquor is amber and its flavor is sweet. Enjoy hot or iced with meals. Very low in theine.

Très bon cet Houjicha Kabusé et de plus, il est faible en théine donc il n'énerve pas ! Du coup on peut le boire en fin d'après-midi voir même en début de soirée. Ps: après, je note que le goût de grillé est vraiment très léger mais moi ça me va.
