Since 1999, the Kokopelli association has been campaigning for the liberation of seeds and against the patentability of living organisms. It distributes nearly 2,000 plant varieties and species that are free of rights and reproducible. At the same time, the association, which helps many farming communities around the world to become self-sufficient, acts as an early warning system and organizes events to preserve agricultural know-how and diversity.

The harmony of this recipe, based on green tea from ancient Vietnamese tea bushes, makes it irresistible to follow in the footsteps of Kokopelli, the charming Native American flute-playing sower. The tartness of bergamot is deliciously rounded out by vanilla. A feast for the senses!

I ordered this tea to try something else that would eventually replace on occasion my earl grey. I have to say that by adding vanilla to the already pleasant aroma of bergamot its a gagnant gagnant situation.

Je suis tombée sur un lot où la lavande était trop présente ... très amer ! ... et, heureusement, sur un autre où la bergamote et la vanille pouvaient s'exprimer : c'était parfait ! Tant mieux car j'aime bien l'idée de soutenir l'association KOKOPELLI tout en dégustant un bon thé !
