Spring freshness from Wa Mountain
This vintage pu'er cru galette was made to celebrate our 25th anniversary from a special selection of spring leaves (2018 harvest) from ancient Lincang tea bushes. Its youthfulness gives it fruity, sweet notes with a long finish, reminiscent of apricot. Under the right fermentation conditions, it will slowly evolve towards the tertiary aromas typical of old pu'er teas. A collector's item!

Grand Cru Tea
Because we have always chosen teas of excellence produced by long-standing partners, we have a few rarities that gourmets will appreciate. Harvested green teas from Japan, black teas from Darjeeling, spring teas from China, vintage pu'er or carefully hand-braided teas, organic teas of incomparable finesse for memorable tastings.
Original tea
White, green, black and dark teas from China, India, Japan and elsewhere are all varieties from the same plant: the tea plant. Once plucked, the leaf is processed in different ways, undergoing numerous transformations. Depending on the terroir, the fineness of the leaf and the way it is processed, the result is an unlimited palette of tastes and vintages.
Food & Tea
This raw puer goes well with slightly bitter vegetables such as asparagus, spinach or artichokes. It can also be paired with dried fruit desserts such as peanuts or apricots, which can also be eaten as is, as is often done in China, at the end of a traditional tasting.

J'adore ce pu erh cheng vert , il a une variété de parfum très agréable au palais , vanillé, caramélisé, et aussi fleuri et légèrement boisé.

Ce thé n'est pas facile à réussir- il fait plusieurs essais avant de trouver la bonne température et temps, autrement il devient amer. Mais une fois les paramètres réglés, il est remarquable par sa note d'abricot très présente en bouche et à l'odorat. Je l'achète désormais pour la 3eme fois. Un vrai bijou.

Cette galette de Pu Erh est très différente d'un classique, pour ceux qui connaissent ce grand thé... Si on le déguste jeune il sera plus comme un thé vert, en revanche si on attend le thé se bonifiera comme un grand vin le mieux c'est d'en acheter deux?
