Tea preparation tips
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with this exceptional white tea from Taiwan
Produced from the highly confidential Fo Shou (Buddha's hand) cultivar, which owes its name to the very large size of its leaves, this white tea contains a particularly high level of the amino acid gaba. Its processing also brings out particularly interesting organoleptic subtleties. We immediately fall under the spell of its highly textured liquor, with a mineral attack, followed by a fruity explosion reminiscent of cooked plum. A fresh eucalyptus note crowns the whole.

Plain tea
White, green, black and dark teas from China, India, Japan and elsewhere are all varieties from the same plant: the tea plant. Once plucked, the leaf is processed in different ways, undergoing numerous transformations. Depending on the terroir, the fineness of the leaf and the way it is processed, the result is an unlimited palette of tastes and vintages.
