This "Baimudan"-style white tea, featuring whole leaves that have been naturally air-dried, yields a silky, light infusion. After an initial hint of grassiness, it captivates with its rich notes of pastry cream and exotic yellow fruits, particularly pineapple.

Original tea

Once plucked, the leaf is processed in different ways, undergoing numerous transformations. Depending on the terroir, the fineness of the leaf and the way it is processed, the result is an unlimited palette of tastes and vintages.
