Bigos or Polish sauerkraut
Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 kg sauerkraut
- 1 heaped tablespoon smoked paprika (+/- 20 g)
- 100 g tomato concentrate
- 3 onions
- 2 glasses white wine
- herbs, spices and classic sauerkraut ingredients (to taste)
Follow the traditional sauerkraut recipe, adding smoked paprika, tomato paste, spices and herbs to the browned onions. Bon Appétit!
