Madagascar pink berries
An excellent alternative to pepper
Wrongly called "pink pepper" by some, these grade 1 pink Madagascar berries have been hand-picked to select only the very best.
Their warm, slightly sweet, peppery flavor is a perfect match for raw fish and vegetable tartars, or fresh cheese, brightened up by their brilliant color.
Or dare to add a sweet version to fruity or chocolate desserts!
