Tea and food pairings
The red fruit notes of this rooibos will resonate with those of a muffin or cookie with cranberries, goji or dried strawberries. A hint of salt in the buttered dough will enhance this pairing. Macadamia nuts and hazelnuts are another harmonious pairing. An ideal beverage to accompany pancakes or maple syrup pancakes, it's also an ideal accompaniment to gourmet brunches and snacks.

J'adore les produits des jardins de Gaïa et suis toujours très satisfaite des conditions de livraison: rapide, pas d'emballage superflu du colis, et emballages 100% recyclables. Les demandes que l'on peut rajouter dans les commentaires au moment de la commande sont toujours respectées.J'ai testé différents thés, rooibos,thé vert,thé noir et thé blanc et ne suis jamais déçue par leur qualité. Le grand choix de parfums qu'ils proposent permet de laisser libre cours à son imagination. J'apprécie tout particulièrement le rooibos "douce humanité " et le thé vert "instants divins " a toujours grand succès auprès de mes convives. Quelle bonne idée d'associer la figue et l'amande à un thé vert ! J'aime tout particulièrement l'idée des thés militants.
