For Les Jardins de Gaïa, the addition of natural flavors is not intended to cover up the flavors of tea or plants, but rather to give them new subtleties, to bring out their organoleptic richness. Our recipes are the fruit of daily inspiration, guided by our curiosity, our passion for our craft and our desire to help you discover new flavors.
Tea and food pairings
The red fruit notes of this rooibos will resonate with those of a muffin or cookie with cranberries, goji or dried strawberries. A hint of salt in the buttered dough will enhance this pairing. Macadamia nuts and hazelnuts are another harmonious pairing. An ideal beverage to accompany pancakes or maple syrup pancakes, it's also an ideal accompaniment to gourmet snacks and brunches.
