For Les Jardins de Gaïa, the addition of natural flavors is not intended to cover up the flavours of the tea or plants, but rather to give them new subtleties, to bring out their organoleptic richness. Our recipes are the fruit of daily inspiration, guided by our curiosity, our passion for our craft and our desire to help you discover new flavours. In the case of scented rooibos, we use dry ingredients such as flowers, fruit, spices and aromatic herbs.

Tea and food pairings

This rooibos goes well with all apple-based desserts: tarts, soft cookies, turnovers, compotes, doughnuts, etc. It also pairs well with apricot or pear crumble.
