Experience a breath of fresh air in the heart of the savannah with this recipe born from the delicious encounter of rooibos and sweet mint. The woody, vanilla flavours of the emblematic South African drink are pleasantly enhanced by the fresh notes of mint.

Organic farming
We have always offered organically grown teas and herbal teas, and used natural, organic flavours. We go even further, demanding that our suppliers use certified organic flavor carriers and solvents. Certified since 1994.

A WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization) certified member, Les Jardins de Gaïa has been committed to fair trade since its creation: from the tea leaf to the cup, all our practices meet fair trade requirements. To find out more: www.wfto.com.
Tea and food pairings
This warm, fresh rooibos goes well with traditional Oriental pastries, and generally with honey, rose or orange blossom desserts.
Cold, sugar-free, it goes equally well with goat's cheese, a mixed salad or a slice of melon for a summer starter.
