We have always offered organically grown teas and herbal teas, and used natural, organic flavours. We go even further, demanding that our suppliers use certified organic flavor carriers and solvents. Certified since 1994.
Fair trade
A WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization) certified member, Les Jardins de Gaïa has been committed to fair trade since its creation: from the tea leaf to the cup, all our practices meet fair trade requirements. To find out more: www.wfto.com.
Flavoured Rooibos
For Les Jardins de Gaïa, the addition of natural flavors is not intended to cover up the flavors of tea or plants, but rather to give them new subtleties, to bring out their organoleptic richness. Our recipes are the fruit of daily inspiration, guided by our curiosity, our passion for our craft and our desire to help you discover new flavors.
Demeter
is the label for products from Biodynamic agriculture. We promote biodynamic agriculture, which corresponds to the original balance, where man lives in harmony with the chain of life, and respects a complex system of multiple natural influences. Certified since 2003.
The agriculture moment

In biodynamic farming, the "500" preparation, or cow dung, is essential for soil fertility. Cow dung is introduced into the horn of a cow that has calved at least once.
The filled horn is then buried from autumn equinox to spring equinox. At the end of this dormancy period, the horn dung is highly biologically active. It is then diluted and dynamized in water for spraying on warm soil in spring or autumn.

Tea and food pairings
This rooibos will delight young and old alike for a hearty snack, thanks to its subtle notes of orange peel. It goes well with a wide range of desserts, from lemon meringue pie to cinnamon cookies and chocolate cakes. When served hot, it will work wonders with savory dishes such as pumpkin or duck breast.
