Red Kampot pepper

Kampot red pepper is made from peppercorns picked when fully ripe, then soaked in boiling water and dried in the sun for several days. Thanks to this special treatment, organic Kampot red pepper develops its characteristic aroma of tobacco and red fruit.
The first Cambodian PGI
This pepper benefits from the "Kampot Pepper" Protected Geographical Indication, the first granted to a Cambodian agricultural product in 2010 and recognized in Europe in 2016. The product's origin, production, processing, packaging and traceability are guaranteed.
