The king of spices, white pepper is the fruit of a tropical vine. Picked when ripe and soaked to remove their red husks, the peppercorns are then sun-bleached to produce white pepper. The Malabar region of southern India is the historical birthplace of pepper.
White pepper has a mild, aromatic flavor, ideal for seasoning white sauces, creams or white meats. Our fair-trade white pepper comes from associations of small-scale producers in India and Sri Lanka.

Je laisse 5 étoiles bien que le 1er envoi n'était pas conforme (50 g pour 150 commandés) mais très bonne réactivité pour envoyer le nouveau contenant dans la foulée

J'avais bien apprécié lors d'une ancienne commande le port gratuit à partir de 35 €, cela correspond mieux à ma consommation et m'éviterai de prendre de trop grosse quantité. Merci pour l'échantillon à tester, j'apprécie que ce soit un thé vert
