Change your culinary creations with Malabar white pepper
The king of spices, white pepper is the fruit of a tropical vine. Picked when ripe and soaked to remove their red husks, the peppercorns are then sun-bleached to produce white pepper. The Malabar region of southern India is the historical birthplace of pepper.
White pepper has a mild, aromatic flavor, ideal for seasoning white sauces, creams or white meats. Our fair-trade white pepper comes from associations of small-scale producers in India and Sri Lanka.
Make way for Malabar pepper, the king of spices from India.
