Unlike classic mate, green mate has not been refined, giving it less bitter flavours. Fresh and mild, it is an excellent introduction to the world of yerba mate. It is appreciated for its stimulating, cleansing effect and its a positive effect on weight control.

Une découverte pour moi, choisi pour son côté punchy, pour donner de l'énergie. Le goût est agréable même si ce n'est pas du thé. J'avais peur que ce soit fade mais ce n'est pas le cas. À voir dans le temps pour savoir si ce maté est aussi énergisant qu'il le prétend. 😉
