Unlike classic mate, green mate has not been refined, giving it less bitter flavours. Fresh and mild, it is an excellent introduction to the world of yerba mate. It is appreciated for its stimulating, cleansing effect and its a positive effect on weight control.

Recommended daily consumption: 3 cups of 25 cl.
A healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet are recommended to fully benefit from the virtues of this infusion. Average nutritional information per 100 ml: Energy 3 kJ/1 kcal. This infusion contains negligible quantities of fats (including saturated fats), carbohydrates (including sugars), proteins and salt.
