Infusion and food pairings
This infusion of rare finesse, intensely flowery and gourmand, will add a touch of poetry to desserts delicately scented with raspberry, vanilla or chocolate. It can also be blended with pistachio or almond-based pastries. Overdosed, it is the perfect accompaniment to green tea mochi. Prepared cold, it can also be combined with many iced mochis.
