A successful blend of green tea and Japanese yuzu
Great local Japanese products come together for our greatest pleasure... The fresh, herbaceous flavors of the green tea blend are enhanced by the fruity flavors of yuzu, with its lovely notes of grapefruit and mandarin. The result is a very pleasant, subtle drink that can be enjoyed hot, cold or iced, depending on the season or the mood.

We have always offered organically grown teas and herbal teas, and used natural, organic flavours. We go even further, demanding that our suppliers use certified organic flavor carriers and solvents. Certified since 1994.

For Les Jardins de Gaïa, the addition of natural flavours is not intended to cover up the flavours of tea or plants, but rather to give them new subtleties, to bring out their organoleptic richness. Our recipes are the fruit of daily inspiration, guided by our curiosity, our passion for our craft and our desire to help you discover new flavours.
Tea and food pairings
This tea, with its zesty, fine and refreshing notes, is the perfect complement to a lemony entremet, a citrus cheesecake or a delicious yuzu mochi for a tone-on-tone effect. It will also add a tangy touch to vanilla shortbread and a discreet, refined hint of astringency to rice pudding.
