                                          Organic farming

We have always offered organically grown teas and herbal teas, and used natural, organic flavours. We go even further, demanding that our suppliers use certified organic flavor carriers and solvents. Certified since 1994.

Scented tea

An original scented tea is made in the producing countries using traditional processing techniques. It may be a tea scented with fruits such as citrus, but usually flowers such as jasmine or rose. The freshly plucked flowers are skilfully brought into contact with the tea leaves, then removed once they have released their fragrance.

Tea and dessert pairings

Tea and food pairings

This intensely flowery green tea will add a touch of poetry to raspberry, vanilla or chocolate desserts. It can also be paired with delicious pistachio or almond-based pastries. Prepared cold, it will also accompany peach, mango, apricot or lychee sorbets, or mint, cocoa or caramel ice creams.
