Box contents :
- 1 Cha-shaku: a long, slender bamboo measuring spoon that makes it easy to remove and measure out the right amount of matcha for the infusion. Its natural texture and shape add an aesthetic dimension to the preparation that connoisseurs can't do without.
- 1 Chasen: traditional bamboo matcha whisk. Cut from a single piece of bamboo, the Chasen is an indispensable accessory for preparing beaten tea. It mixes the tea powder evenly with the water.
- 1 Matcha Tradition: 100% organic, presented in a 30 g airtight tin. A precious green tea from Japan, it is made from an umber tea called Tencha. Only the tender part of the leaf has been preserved, and ground to a powder using a stone grinder. This tea powder is distinguished by its beautiful, intense green color and its high amino acid content, giving it a very mild, flavorful aroma. Traditionally prepared during the tea ceremony (chanoyu), the smooth, fresh, lively and aromatic liquor of this green tea is a real concentrate of benefits for body and mind. Creamy and highly original, matcha can also be used as an ingredient in delicious cocktails, savoury dishes and other pastries with unexpected flavours..
