This recipe, based on a blend of white and green teas, reflects a reinvented femininity. Dedicated to women who change codes with dynamism, sensitivity and talent, it offers an original, gourmet experience with notes of tonka bean and mirabelle plum.

Tea and food pairings
This white tea, both delicate and powerful in aroma, makes a multitude of gastronomic combinations possible. It goes particularly well with dark chocolate, coating it with a remarkable finish of bitter almond and stewed fruit. Hot or cold, it's the ideal drink to accompany a sweet buffet featuring a wide range of mignardises. It can also be paired with a sweet and savoury tagine.
