Inspired by a traditional Ayurvedic recipe, this Masala for chaï is made exclusively with spices. The warm flavours of the blend of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and pepper awaken the senses and transport us to the heart of India. Delicious and enchanting!
Brewing instructions:
Put a tablespoon of masala in a liter of cold water - 2 tablespoons for a stronger infusion - Heat and leave to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain and add 1/4 liter of milk (cow's milk, soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, etc.). Heat briefly and sweeten.
Indian tradition: Before filtering the spices, steep a teaspoon of black tea for five minutes. Add milk and sugar, and enjoy!
