Revisit one of the typical dishes of convivial Provencal cuisine, our favorite vegetable stew: ratatouille! This blend of spices and aromatic herbs with bohemian accents travels between earth (galanga and ginger powders) and air (basil, thyme, juniper berries and star anise) to spice up with a subtle impertinence the stew of star vegetables: tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, eggplant, garlic and onion.

A floral and citrus bouquet, soft, slightly sweet and herbaceous flavors that will add a personal touch to your dish!

With the warmth of paprika from Spain, the freshness of lemon thyme from Portugal and the spiciness of PDO Espelette pepper, "Mon mélange Ratatouille" is made from 100% premium organic spices and herbs, and contains no celery or salt.
