Tips for preparing rooibos

Succumb to the charms of this beautiful, gourmet plant
A shrub endemic to South Africa, honeybush, a cousin of rooibos, follows a similar production process. Its golden-coloured infusion is characterized by intense floral aromas and complex, sweet mountain honey flavours. A treat for the taste buds!

Organic farming
We have always offered organically grown teas and herbal teas, and used natural, organic flavours. We go even further, demanding that our suppliers use certified organic flavor carriers and solvents. Certified since 1994.

Tea and food pairings
Honeybush's extremely honeyed notes are ideal with hard cheeses such as goat's cheese. It will also bring a pleasant woody tinge to a raspberry tart. Slightly over-infused and prepared cold, the infusion makes a highly original pairing with a fromage blanc topped with chestnut honey, bringing out its fruity, tangy finish.
