White Kampot pepper
A powerful, intense pepper
With aromas of citrus and fresh mint, and a powerful yet delicate taste, organic white Kampot peppercorns will seduce you with their powerful bouquet and delicate aromas.
These flavors have been acquired in the exceptional terroir of southwestern Cambodia, where a fine balance between sunshine, sea breezes and rainfall reigns, in the province of Kampot, from which it gets its PGI. But it's the know-how of the growers and the method of production that also enable it to develop all its fragrances: after being picked and de-stemmed by hand, the beans are soaked and their epicarp removed. A process that sets it apart from black and red Kampot peppercorns!
Discover its intense spicy taste and savor its notes of fresh herbs and lemon!
The first Cambodian PGI
This pepper benefits from the "Kampot Pepper" Protected Geographical Indication, the first granted to a Cambodian agricultural product in 2010 and recognized in Europe in 2016. The product's origin, production, processing, packaging and traceability are guaranteed.
