This long, slender bamboo spoon makes it easy to remove and measure out the right amount of matcha for infusion, whether in a bag or a tin. Its natural texture and shape add an aesthetic dimension to the preparation that connoisseurs can't do without.
This matcha measuring spoon is made of light-brown bamboo and measures 18 cm in length.
Product use:
For a classic (sparkling) matcha, take one and a half scoops, i.e. around 2 g for 70 cl of water.
Care instructions:
After use, rinse the cha-shaku with clean water and leave to air-dry.
