Infusion and food pairings
Hibiscus infusion goes well with both savory and sweet dishes, adding a touch of fruity acidity, somewhere between citrus and cranberry. Pair it with zesty or red-fruit-flavored desserts, or with raw vegetables spiced up with a vinaigrette diluted with cold hibiscus infusion, for a tangy, colorful pairing.
