The fruit of the labour of small Peruvian producers, these cocoa bean hulls come from the criollo variety, renowned for its jull-flavoured, aromatic character. Their infusion produces a calorie-free, smooth and warm beverage that can be enjoyed on its own or with milk and sugar.

Infusion and food pairings
This naturally sweet, gourmet cocoa-peel infusion adds a subtle chocolate note to all citrus, coconut, vanilla, spice and fresh or dried fruit-based pastries. Simply dose the strength of the infusion according to the desired intensity, then test the harmony of the blend, and readjust if necessary.

Toujours aussi bon. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas possibilité d'un contenant plus important (genre 300 ou 500gr). Ça éviterait les multiples petits sachets qui, même recyclables, restent des emballages

Très surprise par ce produit. Je suis intolérante aux lactose. Mais j'adore le chocolat chaud. Je suis très herseuse de pouvoir me préparé les infusions gout chocolat sans lait :)
