Inspired by Milarepa, the Tibetan poet and yogi who became green from eating nettles, this infusion of honeybush, moringa and buchu flowers is a model of balance. A fruity, floral recipe that pays homage to plants born of the harmony of heaven and earth.

Organic farming

Tea and food pairings
Prepared cold, this surprising tea goes wonderfully well with lime, raspberry or blackcurrant sorbet. It can also be paired with mint ice cream to enhance its refreshing flavors. Serve warm with a blueberry tart, with or without meringue.
