A Korean green tea with marine notes

Cultivated in the style of Japanese vintages, this bright green tea with mature, summery leaves releases a fruity bouquet, punctuated by marine and mineral notes reminiscent of its terroir. Colorful and luminous, its well-balanced cup is soothing and enveloping.

Original tea
White, green, black and dark teas from China, India, Japan and elsewhere are all varieties from the same plant: the tea plant. Once plucked, the leaf is processed in different ways, undergoing numerous transformations. Depending on the terroir, the fineness of the leaf and the way it is processed, the result is an unlimited palette of tastes and vintages.
Tea and cheese pairings
This tea goes wonderfully well with blue-veined cheeses such as Bleu d'Auvergne, Bleu de Bresse, Roquefort or Gorgonzola... The sweet, vegetal notes of this green tea will also blend well with fresh goat's cheese. For this, you'll need to prepare it preferably cold to obtain a lovely interplay of textures.

Un thé surprenant, fort, très bien pour accompagner un repas et que l'on peut infuser plusieurs fois sans problème. J'ai évidemment testé avec des fromages, un bleu d'Auvergne en particulier, juste pour la forme : effectivement, ça s'accorde bien ! (le thé adoucit la force du bleu)

Très bon thé mais je ne suis pas objectif car je suis passionné par la Corée du sud. Quand je pouvais y voyager je ramenais la gamme Osulloc tea mais pas disponible en France.

Très bon thé rond en bouche, avec cette bonne odeur de foin que j'apprécie particulièrement. Il est très doux et a du goût. Il me rappelle un petit peu un Pilo Chun.
