This fresh, fruity tea goes wonderfully well, preferably cold, with apple or pear desserts. Cold, it will also accompany an iced cup such as a Poire Belle Hélène. The contrast is also very pleasant with rice pudding, cannelés or a vanilla-scented custard tart, for a soft, subtle match.
