Flavoured tea
For Les Jardins de Gaïa, the addition of natural flavours is not intended to cover up the flavours of tea or plants, but rather to give them new subtleties, to bring out their organoleptic richness. Our recipes are the fruit of daily inspiration, guided by our curiosity, our passion for our craft and our desire to help you discover new flavours.
Did you know?

The cherry tree is a symbolic tree in the land of the rising sun.
In early spring, in April, the Japanese flock to admire the famous Sakura blossom.
During this bewitching landscape, white and pink flowers form like cotton clouds. Then, after just a few days, the flowers disappear, giving way to a shower of fairy-like petals.

Tea and food pairings
This delicate tea brings a Japanese, springtime touch to tea and food pairings. It goes particularly well with marzipan pastries, red fruit mousses and Asian desserts such as mochi with azuki beans or black sesame.
